MOULDING GYPSUM FOR CASE MOULDS - LUDUR SK

Ludur SK is a high performance moulding gypsum for manufacture of case mould, copy of model, repairs or subsequent changes to moulds made from Ludur materials. Easy to application, high strength, good working ability.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:

>>  Outstanding spreading characteristics

>>  Good adhesion of applied layers

>>  High dimensional accuracy

>>  slight expansion

>>  Optimum surface hardness and high bending tensile strength

>>  Can be reinforced with fabric inlays

TECHNICAL DATA:

>>  Mixing ratio:   water:gypsums = 1 : 3.5

>>  Mixing volume:   1.28 kg = 0.6 L

>>  Mixing time:   1 min.

>>  Processing time:   app. 25 min

>>  End of solidification:   app. 55 min

Ludur XL is a special gypsum with high strength for the manufacture of case mould and model, slight expansion, very easy to application, shortly processing time.
